Spherical Mooring Buoys
Premier's new mooring buoys
are manufactured as one-piece roto-molded spheres filled with void-free EPS
foam. This watertight construction coupled with a heavy LLPDE shell and wall
thicknesses from .225" to .275" ensure a product life in excess of 20 years.
Available in 32", 38" and
42" diameters, our mooring buoys deliver buoyancy ratings from 581 lbs to
1321 lbs to support the anchor line or chain weight (choose buoyancy that is
twice the weight of the anchor line). A twelve (12) gauge steel tube is molded-in through the center of
each buoy to accommodate anchoring and tie down hardware (hardware
not supplied by Premier).
All buoys are white with a 2" reflective, blue vinyl stripe for added
visibility.
The outer shell is virtually
impervious to oil, gas, animal damage and impacts.
